VENDORS

• $40/table for the first 3 tables; $30/table for all other tables.  2 chairs per table are free, but please only ask for the chairs you will need for those manning your booth. 
• For example, 4 Tables would be $150, & include 8 chairs at no cost. 

LAYOUTS/EXHIBITORS/HANDS-ON

• 2 tables with 2 chairs each free.  $15/table with 2 chairs/table after the first two tables.  
• For Example, 4 Tables & 8 chairs would total $30
• Additional Chairs are $2 each.

Select the exact number of tables you need from the drop-down list below. Do not use the “+” sign to add additional tables - it multiplies the number of tables selected.

Example: You need 6 tables. Select “6” from the drop-down list. Then you decide 7 tables would be better. Do not hit the “+” sign - select “7” from the drop-down menu instead. If you had pressed the “+” sign, your original 6-table order (3 @ $40 and 3 @ $30) is multiplied times 2 to become a 12-table order (6 @ $40 and 6 @ $30).
